Located conveniently by the E6 at the entrance to Mosjøen, Topcamp Mosjøen is just steps away from some of the town’s most beautiful outdoor and activity areas. The campsite boasts a large playground, spaces tailored for motorhomes, caravans, and tents, and offers guests a choice of comfortable cabins and apartments.

Topcamp Mosjøen is a family-friendly campsite, presenting a range of accommodation options, all within a short distance of engaging activities. Positioned just outside the town center, guests have easy access to grocery stores and inviting hiking areas. It offers a tranquil stay, with the added advantage of being close to the attractions of the Helgeland coast and the nearby mountains.

Accommodations

Whether visitors are traveling in a motorhome, caravan, or tent, Topcamp Mosjøen has the perfect spot ready for them. Its paved areas provide picturesque views of the mountains, all complemented by a practical service building. For those who prefer the tent experience, there are serene grassy spots, sheltered by trees, ensuring a peaceful camping atmosphere.

Activities for Kids

Children have the opportunity to have fun on a small zipline, expend some energy on the campsites large inflatable bouncing cushion, or play on swings, climbing frames, and obstacle courses. The spacious playground offers plenty of room for enjoyment, where new friendships are forged throughout the year.

Dining at the Campsite

You can order freshly baked pizza from the Pizzabakeren at the reception and savor it in the restaurant, on the outdoor patio, or take it back to your “home away from home”. The reception area also houses a shop that sells sandwich fillings, bread, and basic groceries, along with toys, hygiene products, sweets, and ice creams. During the high season in summer, there’s also the option to purchase fresh rolls and other baked goods every morning.

Topcamp Mosjøen is open all year round, but the offerings do vary slightly from season to season. For more information on reservations, please visit their website.

During the summer months, the reception is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00.

Topcamp Mosjøen is situated along the E6 on the south side of Mosjøen. When approaching from the south, the campsite is on the left side of the road.

  • Strive to leave no trace of your visit. Bring back all your rubbish, including used toilet paper, and discard it in the nearest rubbish bin.
  • Plan your toilet visits and use the opportunity when you pass a toilet. In the wilderness, make sure you are not a nuisance to others.
  • Respect the local wildlife. Keep a good distance from wildlife, livestock and birds. Keep your dog leashed.
  • Respect private property. Keep a respectful distance from houses and cabins.
  • Show good boating sense. Keep a good distance from shore and drive at a low speed, especially when you are close to anyone or anything on the water, including birds or animals. Avoid loud and disturbing engine noise. Be aware that some islands and nature reserves are important nesting sites, and that going ashore is prohibited during the nesting season.
  • Follow the Norwegian Mountain Code (Fjellvettreglene). Plan your excursion according to the weather forecast, your skills and experience.
  • Join a guided excursion or consider hiring an experienced guide, especially when you don’t have sufficient experience or knowledge to guarantee a safe trip.
