Welcome to Lovund’s social meeting place, offering good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and one of the best beer selections on Helgeland.

The focus here is on quality ingredients and genuine craft. The philosophy is simple: the food should taste good, ingredients should be locally sourced whenever possible, and the experience should feel authentic. Emaus Pub combines a restaurant and a pub in an informal setting where both locals and visitors gather. The venue reflects its history and character, while still being a place where it’s easy to relax.

Stop by for a break, enjoy the view, and get a taste of coastal life on Lovund.

Food made with local ingredients

The menu varies, but follows a clear idea: simple, natural ingredients prepared with respect for the produce. You’ll find fish and chips made with fish from local fishermen, classic favourites like burgers and pizza with a local touch, and small dishes that pair well with what’s in your glass.

The island’s beer haven

Emaus is especially known for its wide beer selection, with several hundred varieties. Both curious visitors and experienced beer enthusiasts will find something worth trying, whether bottled or on tap. The range includes familiar favourites as well as more distinctive craft options, and many guests describe the pub as one of the best places in the region for those who appreciate good beer.
