As the autumn darkness settles over the Helgeland coast, Lovund Hotel invites visitors to a weekend of contrasts: warm saunas and cold sea swims, relaxation and energy, inspiration and new connections.

The Lovund Sauna Festival takes place from 30 October to 1 November, bringing together experienced sauna masters, speakers, musicians and cold-water swimming enthusiasts for a unique festival experience on the very edge of the Norwegian coast. Guests can start the day with yoga and sea swimming, take part in sauna rituals featuring aufguss and birch whisking, learn about Finnish sauna culture, sew their own bathing poncho and round off the evening with good food, music and a welcoming social atmosphere.

Come with a partner, a friend or a whole group of friends, or arrive on your own and become part of the community.
