Holm Camping is located on the coast in Bindal, overlooking the majestic Holmshatten mountain – an ideal place for peace, nature, and adventure in the Helgeland region. Holm Camping sits idyllically by the sea with views toward the Heilhornet mountain. Here you can relax in peaceful surroundings, enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the gentle waves, while still having mountains and cultural landscapes within easy reach for hiking. With short distances to main roads such as the Fv 17 and nearby ferry connections, Holm Camping is easily accessible whether you’re traveling with a caravan, tent, or just passing through. In summer, the area bursts with green forests, fjord views, and traditional hiking trails – Holm Camping is a natural stop for anyone wanting to combine tranquility and activity in beautiful Helgeland.

There are great hiking opportunities suitable both for those who want an easy walk and for those seeking something more challenging. The cultural trail at Solstad—with burial mounds and an old church site—is nearby, perfect for anyone interested in local history. Holmshatten towers on the horizon for those wishing to climb a mountain and see the landscape from new heights. If you enjoy fishing, the sea and nature are easily accessible – with the added bonus of hearing the waves in the evening.

At Holm Camping, you can rent cabins, rooms in the service building, tent sites, or pitches for caravans or motorhomes. Prices start at around NOK 225 + fee for tent sites, NOK 290–320 + fee for caravan/motorhome pitches (with/without electricity). A cabin for 2–3 people is approximately NOK 595–645 + fee. Facilities include a guest kitchen, service building with showers and toilets, free greywater/sewage disposal for overnight guests, WiFi available (password provided upon booking), and a sauna for relaxing after a hike. There is also a playground for children, and the entire campground is family-friendly with a focus on making sure both kids and adults enjoy their stay.

Holm Camping is open from April 1st to September 30th, and during this period it offers cabin rentals, tent sites, motorhome and caravan pitches, as well as access to a service building with showers and toilets.

Holm Camping is located in Bindal municipality, in the southern part of the beautiful Helgeland coast. The address is Hallvegen 98, 7982 Bindalseidet, and the campsite is situated right along the Coastal Route (Fv. 17) – perfect for travelers by car, motorhome, or tent.

The nearest ferry connection is Holm–Vennesund, and from the ferry terminal it’s only a few minutes’ drive to the campsite. If you arrive via the E6, simply follow the signs toward the Coastal Route for an easy and scenic drive.
