Holm cultural heritage trail is a 3-kilometer circular route in outer Bindal, where you can experience traces of people who lived here more than 1,500 years ago. The trail starts at the community hall Solvang, goes down to the old cemetery at Solstad, continues to the shoreline and through an area with Iron Age burial mounds—before returning to Holm Camping.

The Holm Cultural Heritage Trail was developed by Nord-Vedstrand School and Nord-Vedstrand Activity Association, in collaboration with Bindal Municipality, Nordland County Council, and the Museum of Natural History and Archaeology in Trondheim. The project is the result of local engagement and professional support—with the goal of making cultural heritage accessible to everyone who wants to walk, learn, and experience.

The trip is available all year round.
