At Toranes Overnatting, you stay just outside Mo i Rana city center, with easy access to the city’s restaurants and cafés, parks and shops, science center, water park, cinema, and more.

Toranes Overnatting is conveniently located right by the road, a short walk from Mo i Rana city center. From here, it’s a short walk to everything the city has to offer and easy to drive to the many great hiking areas just outside the city center.

The accommodation offers both single and double rooms, and the largest rooms have both a bedroom and a small living area. All rooms have private bathrooms, a TV, and a mini-kitchen for simple meal preparation. Additionally, all guests have access to a larger communal kitchen and a TV lounge, providing space for group gatherings.

Toranes Overnatting is located about 700 meters from the cities train station, and about a 15 minute drive from Mo i Rana Airport Røssvoll. They have free parking, and a lot of parking spaces right outside their doors.

Avoid loud and disturbing engine noise. Be aware that some islands and nature reserves are important nesting sites, and that going ashore is prohibited during the nesting season.
  • Follow the Norwegian Mountain Code (Fjellvettreglene). Plan your excursion according to the weather forecast, your skills and experience.
  • Join a guided excursion or consider hiring an experienced guide, especially when you don’t have sufficient experience or knowledge to guarantee a safe trip.
