Accommodation

The boathouse

The Boathouse has everything you need for a great seaside holiday. With five bedrooms and space for 10–12 people, there’s plenty of room for large families or groups of friends. The house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious outdoor area with furniture and a barbecue. Sauna, kayak, and boat rentals are available, and it’s just a short trip to Dønna’s many bike paths and hiking routes. It’s a perfect base for active days and long, relaxing evenings.

Albertbrygga

Albertbrygga is a well-equipped fisherman’s cabin that fits 3 to 5 people, with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Extra beds can be arranged if needed, and bedding and towels are included. The kitchen is well-suited for cooking and has seating for up to eight people. Outside, you’ll find several tables and chairs for enjoying your meals or just soaking in the atmosphere.

You can also rent the nearby barrel sauna (Tønnebadstua) and spend the evening switching between the heat of the sauna and refreshing dips in the fjord. Kayaks with all necessary equipment are available for hire as well.

The country house

The Country House will be ready for rental from autumn 2025. This is a smaller house built in a traditional cabin style, fitting 8–10 people across four bedrooms, with warm duvets and comfortable bed linens. It features a bathroom with towels provided, a large living room, and a kitchen with space for both cooking and relaxing around the dining table. The house is surrounded by fantastic hiking terrain and rich bird and wildlife. With walking distance to small lakes, the sea, forest, and hills, you can find peace in your own way – whether that’s in the quiet of the living room, watching the birdlife by the fjord, or lying in the heather on the hill.
