Jettehuset B&B is a charming guesthouse on Sleneset in the Solværøyene island group on the Helgeland coast. The guesthouse offers comfortable rooms and warm hospitality in an authentic old Nordland house.

In the middle of the Solværøyene on the island of Sleneset, surrounded by sea and sky, lies Jettehuset B&B – a place for tranquility, nature experiences, and authentic coastal living. Here you wake up to birdsong and ocean views, with the midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in winter.

The guesthouse is also home to Kora, who is the host, along with her Norwegian Lundehund, Birk. Jettehuset has three cozy guest rooms available for daily, weekly, or monthly stays. The rooms have access to shared bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It’s the perfect place to unwind, find peace, and enjoy the quiet—whether you’re here for work or a well-earned holiday.

You can rent kayaks, SUP boards, bicycles, and fishing equipment, or relax in the wood-fired hot tub and sauna. For those seeking adventure, guided fishing trips and sea eagle safaris are offered in collaboration with Solværøyene Birds&Beds. The entire guesthouse can also be rented on request, with 5 bedrooms and a total of 9 beds – perfect for families or groups of friends.

For kayaking enthusiasts, this is a true paradise. Thanks to the Gulf Stream, the area enjoys a mild coastal climate with early springs and snow-free winters. The surrounding islands offer unique geology, a lush flora with several orchid species, and rich wildlife both on land and at sea.

From Jettehuset B&B you also have excellent opportunities to experience the northern lights. With no light pollution and an open sky, the magical aurora often dances right above the house – an unforgettable experience in the heart of Norway’s natural beauty..
