Terråk is located where three fjords meet: Terråkfjorden, Sørfjorden, and Tosen/Øyfjorden. In the heart of wild and beautiful Bindal. Here you’ll find scenic forest and mountain landscapes, and a rich boatbuilding and maritime heritage. At Terråk Gjestegård, you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay with easy access to hiking trails, nature experiences. As well as boat trips, paddling routes, swimming spots, mountains, and fishing lakes.

The guesthouse offers single rooms, double rooms, four family suites, and two log cabins that can sleep up to six people. With a friendly atmosphere and personal service, it’s an ideal place for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a relaxed stay. Breakfast is included and served in Færingen Spiseri, located just below the guest rooms.

Avoid loud and disturbing engine noise. Be aware that some islands and nature reserves are important nesting sites, and that going ashore is prohibited during the nesting season.
  • Follow the Norwegian Mountain Code (Fjellvettreglene). Plan your excursion according to the weather forecast, your skills and experience.
  • Join a guided excursion or consider hiring an experienced guide, especially when you don’t have sufficient experience or knowledge to guarantee a safe trip.
