Plura offers exotic holiday adventures. They are situated near the town of Mo i Rana. In addition to their well-equipped diving centre, the Pluragrotta cave, and its popular Lounge, Plura Valley offers accommodation year round. For good reason, the 3-kilometre-long Pluragrotta cave system attracts more divers than any other cave in Scandinavia.

The newly built lounge has a bar and comfortable sofa groups where you can enjoy refreshing drinks and good conversation with friends and new acquaintances. It’s a place to relax and share stories.

Plura Sleep

The accommodation offered by Plura is comfortable and simple. After a good night’s sleep, you will wake up refreshed and eager for new diving adventures. In total, Plura Sleep offers 20 beds.

Plura Valley is open all year. Remember to book before you arrive.

Plura Valley is located in Mo i Rana and you can travel here by road, rail or by plane. The E6 passes through the city. From Bodø in the north it is about 230 km, from Mosjøen in the south it is about 88 km and from Trondheim about 480 km. If you come from Sweden along the E12, it is only 40 km from the Swedish border.

  • Strive to leave no trace of your visit. Bring back all your rubbish, including used toilet paper, and discard it in the nearest rubbish bin.

  • Show good boating sense. Keep a good distance from shore and drive at a low speed, especially when you are close to anyone or anything on the water, including birds or animals. Avoid loud and disturbing engine noise. Be aware that some islands and nature reserves are important nesting sites, and that going ashore is prohibited during the nesting season.
  • Follow the Norwegian Mountain Code (Fjellvettreglene). Plan your excursion according to the weather forecast, your skills and experience.
  • Join a guided excursion or consider hiring an experienced guide, especially when you don’t have sufficient experience or knowledge to guarantee a safe trip.
