Myken Handel – local shop and gathering spot

On the island of Myken, far out at sea, you’ll find a small shop with big importance. Myken Handel is more than a grocery store – it’s a natural meeting place for locals and visitors alike, located just a stone’s throw from the express boat dock. Take a seat in the shop’s coffee corner, where coffee is served daily, along with ice cream or other treats from the shelves. It’s a great place to chat with locals, knit a patch for the quilt being raffled by the Myken Community Association, or simply enjoy the calm and cosy atmosphere.
