The Skjerpeløypa is approximately 17 kilometers long and winds through beautiful hiking terrain over Båsmofjellet. The trip starts at the top of the slalom slope, and it’s possible to buy a one-time ticket for the ski lift to make the start of the journey easier. The trail passes by Stortjønna, which is a nice and popular spot to stop for a picnic and make a fire.
The illuminated ski trail consists of several loops closer to the parking lot. It traverses gently rolling terrain and is a very popular training area for both competitive skiers and recreational skiers.
