They offer a dining experience where every dish is made from ingredients fresh from the farm and pasture. They also offer accommodation – charming rooms in a countryside setting.

The Norwegian name is “Til Elise fra Marius” (To Elise from Marius). The hosts do their utmost to give you a memorably great dining experience. They take the concept “from farm to table” quite literally, choosing fresh produce from the farm, meat from pasture-raised livestock, ingredients foraged from local forests, and freshly caught seafood.

Book a table today – and look forward to a world-class dining experience!

In the restaurant, you’ll be served 12 unique courses based on the concept From Pasture to Plate. The dishes change with the seasons, featuring beautifully prepared fish and meat, before the meal ends on a sweet note. Book a table in advance and enjoy an unforgettable meal in a class of its own.
