At Fru Karlsen’s, all food is made from scratch, with respect for tradition and a deep love of the craft. The café is run by Lene Karlsen, whose passion for food is clearly reflected in the kitchen. The menu follows the seasons and the ingredients available, and can change quickly when creativity is given free rein. New ideas are tested together with the staff, dishes are adjusted, and flavours are allowed to develop in step with both inspiration and access to ingredients.
